The Lab
Our mission is to elevate the dining and entertainment experience by creating a truly futuristic
atmosphere that will leave a lasting impression on our guests. We strive to offer a form of
entertainment, unlike anything they’ve experienced before.
Every detail within the bar has been meticulously crafted from the lighting, decor, and sound
system. We want to ensure our guests are transported to a world unlike any they’ve seen
before. We are dedicated to creating an unforgettable experience for our patrons.
Cocktails
Our concept combines the elements of a culinary laboratory and a cocktail bar, resulting in the
first-ever cocktails lab in Israel. We use cutting-edge techniques to infuse science, culinary art,
locally sourced produce, fine ice, perfumery, and elegant glassware into the atmosphere and
experience we provide for our guests.
Food
In addition to our expertly crafted cocktails, we also serve delectable food that has been
carefully selected by Chef Yama-San of TYO, known for his exceptional Japanese cuisine.
