7to1 cocktail lab is changing the world
While until today we entered a bar and sat down to order cocktails, with the barman mixing the alcohol and other ingredients and pouring them into a glass to serve us, the 7to1 cocktail lab is changing the world of bars and traditional cocktails as we know them. The new cocktail lab, which is led by the TYO group and Igor Prozenko, who has studied the field over the last few years and has even won cocktail competitions in Israel, uses new technology to create cocktails in flavors you’ve never tasted before. Alongside the drinks and complementing them are Japanese dishes created by the esteemed Japanese chef Yama San.
Original & Innovtive
The 7to1 Lab cocktails are made from original alcohol distillates prepared there using devices from the worlds of medicine and cooking. With this equipment one can, for example, prepare a distillate that can be used as the base for a cocktail made of gin and fresh celery, or vodka and peanut butter, according to precise measures of pressure, heat, and duration of preparation. In these processes, the alcohol and other ingredients undergo deconstruction and construction, with a condensation process allowing the liquid to slowly assemble into a distillate that is transferred to the bottles presented on the display stand.
